هذا البرنامج يعتبر من البرامج الاساسية لاي نسخة ويندوز ، ويعتمد عليه الكثير من البرامج الاخري سواء للتشغيل او زيادة الاداء .. و ايضاً هام جداً لتشغيل الالعاب و بعض الالعاب فعلياً لا تعمل بدونه .
